Booking Information
Selecting a Date
Reservations are honored on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid
disappointment, contact us at least six months prior to your scheduled
event date. Reservations are confirmed only after we receive a signed
contract and deposit.
On-Site Product Sales
Speaking engagements and/or training sessions are made with the understanding
that Mr. Block may sell books, audio, video, multimedia training products
and/or future live seminars at the event during breaks and/or following
the scheduled presentation. This practice is customary within the industry
and ensures the ability to provide the lowest possible speaking fees.
Joel Block and Growth-Logic, Inc. will retain 100 percent of all revenues
and proceeds directly or indirectly earned from such sales. Joel Block
and Growth-Logic, Inc. shall also retain ownership of any contact names
obtained as a result of such transactions. The company shall not abuse
this right by overselling products or distracting from the event at
hand.
Copyright and Usage Conditions
All speaking and training programs, support materials, handouts, audio
and/or video products and/or books provided by Joel G. Block or Growth-Logic,
Inc. are protected under international and United States copyright laws.
Programs and support materials may not be duplicated, in whole or in
part, except in the case of handouts which shall be duplicated only
for attendees present. Handouts may not be altered in any way. Clients
may not re-sell, rent, loan or circulate purchased materials or handouts
outside of their organization, nor shall they advertise or use materials
as part of an outside seminar. Audio and video materials may not be
used for broadcast, public screenings or any other commercial purpose,
especially where admission fees are charged, without express written
permission from Growth-Logic, Inc.
Presentations offered by Joel G. Block may be audio- or video-taped
only with explicit prior written consent from Growth-Logic, Inc., dependant
upon the anticipated use of the end-product. Any additional charges
for this privilege are customary.
