Do Any Little Colloquialisms Get On Your Nerves?
Being a salesman at heart, I am very sensitive to the words that people say — and the body language that they say it with — so that I can figure out what people really mean. Along the way, I have found a few little phrases that people drop into their conversations that are very telling. You judge for yourself and let me know if there are any others that "tip you off" or "bug" you like these affect me.

What Is The Secret Sauce For Picking Properties?
Every real estate syndicator who I speak with recognizes that there's a lot of money sitting on the sidelines that's just terrified to move into the marketplace. But the irony is that the money on the sidelines knows that a lot of money is being made in real estate — and the simple fact of the matter is that lots of investors just don't know how to make it. you'll know that the horses jet out of the gate with incredible speed. They
run — fueled by drive, passion and the jockey's urging. At the first turn,
the jockeys evaluate the competition and prepare to use all of the tools at
their disposal to outwit and out-maneuver the others. The pack continues to
push hard as they take the next length, darting into the last turn ready to
make the last corner. Finally, it's the home stretch where the jockeys push
the horses to give it "all they've got" to the finish line.
