I am busy preparing for an incredible program tonight. When we've reached out and asked our participants as well as our friends what questions they want answered most, about half of the questions dealt with securities. Those issues were dealt with brilliantly last week by my good friend, Lance Kimmel, when he discussed the securities issues related to real estate syndication.

As you can guess, the second half of the questions dealt with the topic of how you get paid as a syndicator. Most of the questions that I want to address in the next two weeks of our program are about this exact issue: how is the syndicator paid — fairly and appropriately — for the time, effort, and expertise that he or she brings to the table.

Tonight I will begin to deliver great detail on this exact topic. Once you understand how to put your house in order — how to charge, how to structure your deals, and how to organize yourself so that you see the maximum number of dollars — you will begin to understand exactly what it takes to go into the community and ask for money.

So be ready for a rock and roll program that addresses how to build yourself into the deal.
